About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our property sales team. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through property options and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial briefing to deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and match them with suitable property units.
• Provide thorough briefings on relevant properties and conduct demonstrations.
• Arrange and lead site visits, addressing client queries on‑site.
• Follow up with clients to capture evolving needs and secure timely closures.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to foster repeat business.

Required profile

• Graduation level education or equivalent practical experience.
• Passionate about sales with a customer‑service mindset.
• 1 year of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
