About the role

Red Star Technologies is seeking a Sales Specialist to work as a Call Center Representative in Islamabad. This full-time, on-site position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Answer a high volume of inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
Record accurate details of each interaction in the company’s system.
Resolve complaints and issues, escalating when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to suggest and implement process improvements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.

Required profile

Strong customer-service orientation with a focus on satisfaction.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Prior experience in a call-center or customer-facing role preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is advantageous.
