Sales Specialist

About the role

Aura Connect is seeking a full‑time Sales Specialist to join its on‑site team in Karachi. You will be responsible for promoting the company’s end‑to‑end customer support solutions, engaging both prospective and existing clients, and driving the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to generate and qualify leads.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and product explanations to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to expand account value.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on service offerings and market trends.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication with active listening abilities.
• Proven customer‑service orientation and ability to build rapport.
• Demonstrated sales competencies such as lead generation, negotiation, closing, and relationship management.
• Experience in BPO, contact‑center, or service‑focused sales environments is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Karachi, meet targets under time constraints, and collaborate across functions.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, though equivalent experience is accepted.
