About the role
The Sales Specialist will work on‑site at our Karachi store, engaging customers and recommending daily essential products from ChuckaBoo Store. You will be the front‑line representative, ensuring a smooth shopping experience and supporting sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage in‑store customer inquiries and process orders.
- Maintain attractive product displays and support promotional activities.
- Track sales performance and provide feedback to improve processes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Assist in onboarding new staff and sharing product knowledge.
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Proven sales and sales‑management skills to meet targets.
- Experience training or onboarding new team members.
- Basic computer literacy with familiarity with online retail or POS systems.
- Ability to work on‑site in Karachi in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Prior experience in retail, e‑commerce, or customer‑facing roles is a plus.
