Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position in Karachi, responsible for generating new business for a creative marketing agency. You will identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach, present services, and support contract negotiations while collaborating closely with marketing and account teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients through targeted outreach and follow‑up.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and track performance metrics.
• Present agency services to both new and existing clients, aligning solutions with their brand objectives.
• Support contract negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new accounts.
• Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM data, and participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities to build long‑term client relationships.
• Proven sales and sales‑management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in marketing, advertising, or creative agencies is advantageous.
• Ability to work on‑site in Karachi, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Comfort with data‑informed decision‑making and basic sales reporting.
