Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will work on‑site in Lahore, engaging directly with customers to understand their travel needs and recommend suitable flight, tour, hotel, and Umrah packages. You will guide clients through the entire booking process, from inquiry to closing the sale, while meeting defined targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to online inquiries.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.
• Coordinate with customer service and operations to ensure accurate bookings and timely documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel products, promotions, and industry trends.
• Participate in sales trainings and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Proven customer service experience with problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated sales skills including lead follow‑up, negotiation, upselling and meeting revenue targets.
• Experience in sales management or team coordination is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Tourism or related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using online booking platforms and basic office software (email, spreadsheets, presentations).
• Familiarity with GDS or airline booking systems is advantageous.
