Sales Specialist (Outbound Telesales)

The company is looking for confident, motivated and results-driven sales executives who can make calls, build relationships with potential clients and turn conversations into sales. The role suits people who enjoy talking to customers, have strong communication skills and are motivated by commission earned on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and business prospects.
• Introduce products or services and explain their value clearly.
• Build trust and maintain professional relationships with prospects.
• Follow up with interested leads and move them through the sales process.
• Handle customer questions and objections confidently.
• Negotiate with prospects and close deals.
• Work towards sales targets and maximise commission earnings.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in making calls and speaking with potential clients.
• Good persuasion, negotiation and closing skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups.
• Willingness to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM UK/US time.
• Previous sales or telesales experience is an advantage, especially for those who have proven they can close deals.
