About the role
As a Sales Specialist in the real‑estate sector, you will drive property sales by engaging with potential buyers, identifying new opportunities, and building a robust sales pipeline. You will convert prospects into successful transactions while maintaining professional communication throughout the process.
Key responsibilities
- Understand and evaluate clients’ needs and preferences.
- Provide comprehensive information on relevant property units.
- Conduct property demonstrations, arrange site visits, and ensure timely closing of deals.
- Follow up regularly with clients to track changes in requirements.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any related field.
- Strong passion and interest in sales.
- Dedication to delivering quality customer service.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
