Sales Specialist – Retail (On‑site)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Sales Specialist to join our retail team in the Karachi Division. You will work on the shop floor, engaging directly with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the right products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers, answer inquiries, and provide product information.
• Process sales transactions accurately and maintain billing records.
• Maintain product displays, stock levels, and ensure correct pricing.
• Support promotional activities and store events.
• Assist in training new team members on sales processes and customer‑service standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Solid sales and sales‑management experience to meet targets.
• Training skills to guide colleagues.
• Basic numeracy and computer literacy for transaction handling and simple reporting.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work on‑site in Karachi.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to organizational policies.
