Sales & Student Support Executive

About the role

The Sales & Student Support Executive will join IQ School of Finance’s admissions team, helping prospective and current students navigate the enrollment process for CA and ACCA programmes. This position combines sales outreach with responsive chat and call support, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to prospective and current student inquiries via WhatsApp, providing timely and accurate information.
• Handle inbound inquiry calls and conduct proactive outbound calls to convert leads into enrollments.
• Drive enrollment targets for CA and ACCA courses through effective sales techniques.
• Maintain documentation, lead tracking sheets, and records of student queries.
• Support routine office tasks and administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work both full‑time (9 am‑6 pm) and part‑time (4 pm‑10 pm) schedules.
• Willingness to work from home on up to two Sundays per month, with a flexible weekday off on a rotational basis.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using WhatsApp for business communication.
• Experience with inbound and outbound call handling.
• Basic knowledge of lead tracking and documentation processes.
