Sales & Support Agent (On-site, Lahore)

About the role

The Car Traders UK is looking for enthusiastic Sales and Support Agents to join its Lahore office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will interact with customers face‑to‑face, by phone and through digital channels, providing information on vehicles, pricing and services. You will help guide prospects through the sales journey and support them after purchase to ensure a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone and via email or chat, delivering accurate vehicle and service information.
• Guide customers through the sales process, from initial interest to final purchase, and follow up on leads.
• Resolve support issues and complaints promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet sales targets and service performance goals.

Required profile

• Strong customer support and satisfaction skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
• Technical aptitude to understand basic vehicle information and answer related questions.
• Analytical ability to assess customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or automotive retail is preferred.
