Sales & Support Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop App is looking for a motivated Sales & Support Virtual Assistant to join its remote e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers across multiple channels, help them choose the right products, and ensure smooth order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide real‑time assistance via live chat, email, SMS, and phone.
• Recommend products, identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and guide purchase decisions.
• Handle order inquiries, including shipping, tracking, returns, and refunds.
• Update CRM tools and accurately log customer interactions.
• Represent each brand’s tone and values in all communications.
• Share customer feedback to improve sales processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet performance and service goals.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote experience in sales, customer support, or as a virtual assistant.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify.
• Familiarity with help‑desk tools like Gorgias and Zendesk.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to track interactions.
