Sales Telemarketer – UK Real Estate (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Telemarketer to target the UK real estate market. The role requires a British accent, strong English communication, and the ability to generate and convert leads into appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to UK property owners, landlords, buyers, sellers and investors.
• Qualify leads for sales, lettings and investment opportunities and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call records and lead information in the CRM while meeting daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of telemarketing or telesales experience, preferably in UK real estate.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear British accent.
• Ability to work independently during UK business hours and consistently achieve sales targets.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM platforms and lead management tools.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
