Sales Trainer

About the role

This full‑time remote position focuses on designing, delivering, and continuously improving sales training programs for outbound and customer support teams across multiple campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and refine virtual training sessions, role‑plays, and workshops.
• Create training materials, playbooks, and scripts for sales and customer service professionals.
• Coach team members on communication, product knowledge, compliance, and closing techniques.
• Assess skill gaps, monitor performance metrics, and provide structured feedback.
• Partner with operations and quality teams to align training with business objectives.
• Support onboarding of new hires and update content based on campaign changes.
• Contribute ideas to enhance sales effectiveness and customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong training & development and sales training experience for contact‑center or sales teams.
• Excellent presentation skills for engaging remote audiences.
• Effective communication and customer‑service abilities, including active listening and empathy.
• Proven sales, telesales, or BPO experience, preferably in outbound insurance, healthcare, or financial campaigns.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into training plans.
• Comfortable working remotely with strong self‑management and collaboration skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e‑learning tools, or virtual training platforms is a plus.
