Sales Trainer – Lahore

About the role

YADEA Pakistan is seeking an experienced and energetic Sales Trainer to join its team in Lahore. The role focuses on designing and delivering engaging training programs that boost product knowledge, selling skills, and overall performance of the sales force within the electric mobility sector.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deliver product and sales training sessions for the sales team.
• Create training materials, presentations and learning content tailored to the automotive and electric‑mobility portfolio.
• Coach sales representatives to improve customer engagement, deal closure and adherence to brand standards.
• Assess training effectiveness, gather feedback and provide performance insights.
• Identify skill gaps and design targeted development programs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align training initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales training or learning & development, preferably in B2B or retail environments.
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to motivate and coach sales teams.
• Familiarity with the automotive or electric‑mobility industry is an advantage.
