Salesperson - Footwear Retail

About the role

Senior Footwear, a Pakistan-based manufacturer of premium PCU slippers, sandals and casual footwear, is hiring a part-time, on-site Salesperson in Bhakkar. The role greets and assists customers, helps them choose suitable footwear styles and sizes, and contributes to sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, presenting product features and benefits and helping people choose styles and sizes
• Manage the sales floor, answer customer inquiries and process transactions
• Handle basic cash and POS operations
• Maintain product displays, monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store team on replenishment
• Keep the store clean and organized, collect customer feedback and support local promotions
• Contribute to sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs and close sales
• Clear verbal communication in relevant local languages and English, with a polite and professional manner
• Ability to stand for long periods, move stock safely and work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Reliability, punctuality and a proactive attitude toward sales goals
• Minimum secondary school education; higher education in business, marketing or related fields is a plus
• Previous footwear or retail sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory; on-the-job training may be provided
