Salon Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Salon Manager to lead daily operations at Sana Sarah's Salon & Studio in Karachi. The role combines team leadership, client service, and operational oversight to ensure a high‑quality experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate salon staff, handling scheduling, performance feedback and training.
• Coordinate service delivery, manage front‑desk activities, appointments and client inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety standards and an organized workspace.
• Oversee inventory, liaise with suppliers and track product usage.
• Support basic financial tasks such as cash handling and simple financial reporting.
• Assist with local marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Experience managing or supervising staff in a salon, studio, retail, hospitality or similar service environment.
• Strong client‑service orientation with clear communication and problem‑resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of appointment booking, cash handling and inventory processes.
• Comfortable working full‑time on‑site in Karachi and collaborating with a diverse team.
• Minimum secondary education; additional management training is a plus.
