SAP Consultant – Multiple Skills (Technology Consulting)

About the role

As a technology consulting professional specializing in SAP, you will help organisations across Pakistan and the MENA region realise the value of enterprise transformation initiatives. You will work on end‑to‑end SAP projects, from design and implementation to optimisation and support, within a high‑performing EY team.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in SAP implementation, migration, rollout, upgrade and support engagements.
• Conduct requirements‑gathering, process‑discovery, fit‑to‑standard and solution‑design workshops.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable SAP solutions aligned with best practices.
• Prepare functional/technical specifications, configuration documents, process flows, test scripts and delivery documentation.
• Execute unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, cut‑over and hyper‑care activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional SAP, infrastructure, security, integration, data and business teams.
• Provide client‑facing advisory, stakeholder updates, knowledge transfer and post‑implementation support.
• Apply SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methods as appropriate.

Required profile

• Experienced SAP professionals across functional and technical skill areas.
• For SAP BASIS roles: minimum 4 years of SAP BASIS administration and technical delivery experience.
• Proven experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscape design, installations, upgrades, patching, kernel upgrades, add‑on management and system refreshes.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP HANA database installation, administration, monitoring, backups and performance tuning.
• Experience delivering Greenfield and Brownfield implementations on‑premise and in SAP private or public cloud environments.
