Scrum Master (Agile)

About the role

PostEx is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile ceremonies and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams in Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements, converting them into user stories, functional specifications, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and manage the product backlog, sprints, and progress tracking using Jira.
• Identify and resolve blockers or impediments affecting delivery timelines.
• Ensure technical and functional documentation is well‑prepared and continuously updated.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals and business expectations.
• Promote agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Participate in product testing, UAT sessions, and support development during releases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master with strong business analysis capabilities.
• Experience in Fintech or Logistics environments is highly preferred.
• Scrum certifications such as CSM or PSM.

Required skills

• Expertise in Jira for backlog, sprint, and task management.
