SDR / BDE - US B2B Sales (Night Shift)

About the role

BPO Impact is hiring experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Executives (BDEs) for its US B2B Construction Services campaign. The work is on-site in Lahore, Pakistan, on a night shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PST), full-time. Candidates must be experienced sales professionals who can handle outbound prospecting, cold calling, objection handling, lead qualification and appointment setting with US-based business owners and decision-makers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based prospects and identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
• Connect with contractors, builders, business owners and decision-makers, presenting drafting, design, estimation and construction support services.
• Handle objections and generate qualified leads while booking sales appointments.
• Follow up consistently through calls and emails and maintain accurate prospect records and activity logs in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales KPIs.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of relevant SDR, BDE, B2B sales or outbound sales experience; this is not an entry-level position.
• Hands-on experience with US or international sales campaigns.
• Proven ability to handle objections and lead sales conversations.
• Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Solid understanding of sales targets, KPIs and pipelines.
• Preferred: experience in US B2B sales, construction services, roofing, solar, real estate, home improvement or digital services, and selling to contractors, builders, business owners or C-level decision-makers.
