Search Engine Optimization Specialist (SEO)

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a results‑driven SEO Specialist to boost website visibility, increase organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings through effective on‑page and off‑page strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research to uncover growth opportunities and optimize content.
• Implement on‑page SEO improvements, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content structure.
• Execute off‑page tactics such as backlink building, link prospecting, and outreach.
• Perform comprehensive SEO audits to identify technical issues and recommend fixes.
• Monitor and analyze organic traffic, keyword rankings, click‑through rates, and other performance metrics.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to apply SEO recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written English and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Keyword research and competitor analysis.
• On‑page and off‑page SEO techniques, including backlink building.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush.
• Basic technical SEO knowledge (site structure, indexing, crawling, mobile optimization).
• Experience with WordPress or Shopify platforms is a plus.
