Security Incharge – Gulberg Town, Karachi

About the role

The Security Incharge will lead the safety and protection efforts for a high‑profile campus in Gulberg Town, Karachi. Reporting to senior management, the incumbent will ensure that all security operations run smoothly, safeguarding people, assets and information.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day security operations, including patrols, incident response and monitoring of CCTV and access‑control systems.
• Develop, maintain and execute emergency response plans and procedures.
• Manage third‑party security vendors and contracted personnel to ensure compliance with campus policies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information and high‑profile situations.
• Coordinate with law‑enforcement, armed forces or intelligence agencies when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, Law Enforcement, Military Studies or a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in security management or supervisory roles, preferably in pharma, corporate campus, hospital or high‑profile establishments.
• Background in law enforcement, armed forces or intelligence services is a strong advantage.
• Clean police/criminal record and ability to obtain a valid security clearance.
• Physical fitness to conduct patrols and respond to incidents.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CCTV systems.
• Experience using access‑control and security monitoring platforms.
• Knowledge of emergency response planning and execution.
