Senior Account Manager

About the role

foodpanda is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with its top‑performing vendors. You will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, driving revenue and ensuring a seamless partnership experience.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the retail landscape and category mix in Pakistan.
• Acquire new high‑value clients and manage existing city‑wide accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with all assigned vendors.
• Analyse market needs, identify opportunities and negotiate contracts to maximise profit.
• Drive month‑over‑month growth and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and present reports on commercial, operational, product mix and marketing metrics.
• Forecast sales, track key account metrics and design exclusive marketing, partnership and co‑branding campaigns.
• Support cross‑functional teams by sharing insights, resolving urgent issues and deploying processes.
• Handle additional projects and tasks as they arise.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Good understanding of Pakistan's retail landscape.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in account management or sales.
• Process‑oriented, data‑driven and highly responsible.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of leading independent projects.
• Strong analytical mindset for root‑cause analysis and process design.
