Senior Accountant – Fashion Brand

About the role

Vintage, a fast‑growing clothing brand, is seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to oversee its financial operations. The role focuses on multicurrency e‑commerce accounting and comprehensive financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including bookkeeping, ledger entries and reconciliations.
• Process multicurrency transactions and international orders accurately.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses and profitability.
• Reconcile bank statements, payment gateways and Shopify transactions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal financial policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order, payment and inventory reconciliation.
• Support audits and maintain proper financial documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (ACCA/CA preferred).
• 4‑6+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of multicurrency accounting and exchange rates.
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
