Senior Accountant

About the role

The Senior Accountant will own accounting cycles and financial reporting for assigned entities, ensuring compliance while acting as a trusted financial partner to internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities

• Own month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements under IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Review complex journal entries and accounting estimates.
• Maintain balance‑sheet integrity through accurate reconciliations.
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
• Mentor junior accountants and review their work.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Knowledge of US GAAP; ACCA or CA finalist.
• 2–4 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting and month‑end reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
