Senior Accountant – Remote (Pakistan)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing Los Angeles‑based accounting and advisory firm seeking a Senior Accountant to join our remote team in Pakistan. You will own client deliverables, mentor junior accountants, and drive quality and efficiency across a diverse portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
• Review work completed by associate accountants for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Reconcile complex accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with managers and leadership to ensure timely client deliverables.
• Drive process improvements and increase efficiency in accounting workflows.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of accounting experience with a strong technical foundation.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate work and guide junior team members.
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a motivation for career growth and leadership.
