Senior Art Designer – Creative Direction & Team Leadership

About the role

Quarks is seeking a Senior Art Designer to lead a creative team of four professionals in Lahore. The role combines hands‑on design work with strategic direction, ensuring the brand’s visual identity is compelling across all media.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative design concepts that communicate brand stories effectively.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate project requirements into visual solutions.
• Oversee the creation of digital and print materials such as advertisements, logos, brochures, and social‑media content.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity by applying graphic design principles and visual storytelling techniques.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.
• Conduct storyboarding and digital illustration tasks to support campaign development.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Provide constructive feedback, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative, innovative environment.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an advertising agency.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand identity development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using digital illustration tools.
