Senior Associate, Exit Advisory & Client Relations

About the role

Titan Business Brokers is seeking a Senior Associate to strengthen its sell‑side advisory practice. Working remotely from Pakistan, you will support U.S. business owners through confidential sale processes, from prospecting to transaction close.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified seller opportunities via outbound prospecting, cold calling and referral development.
• Conduct professional conversations with U.S. business owners and senior decision‑makers.
• Review financial statements, tax returns and balance sheets to assess profitability.
• Calculate and verify revenue, gross profit, net income, EBITDA, Seller’s Discretionary Earnings and cash flow.
• Identify owner add‑backs, discretionary and non‑recurring expenses for normalization.
• Assist in valuation analysis, prepare transaction summaries, confidential marketing materials and buyer presentations.
• Draft professional emails, proposals, reports and client‑facing documents.
• Coordinate with external advisors and maintain accurate transaction records.

• Resilience and ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.

• Base salary of PKR 125,000 per month.
