Senior B2B Google Ads Strategist / Paid Media Lead

About the role

Advertidea, a full‑service performance marketing agency, is looking for a senior paid acquisition leader to own B2B Google Ads strategy, diagnose performance issues and guide the existing paid media team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead B2B Google Ads strategy and oversee Microsoft/Bing Ads activity.
• Diagnose performance changes across search intent, campaign structure, bidding, landing pages, tracking and the sales funnel.
• Connect campaign decisions to qualified leads, opportunities and pipeline throughout long B2B sales cycles.
• Validate conversion tracking and attribution across Google Ads, GA4, GTM and Salesforce (or similar CRM).
• Use HYROS or comparable attribution tools to investigate discrepancies and improve measurement.
• Build quarterly plans, prioritize budgets and tests, and decide when to scale, hold or stop campaigns.
• Provide clear briefs, quality checks and practical feedback to the execution team.
• Report findings and recommendations to the account manager.

Required profile

• Proven ownership of B2B paid‑search strategy and measurable results.
• Strong technical understanding of conversion tracking, CRM feedback and offline conversion measurement.
• Evidence‑led diagnosis and disciplined budget decision‑making.
• Experience leading PPC team members while staying hands‑on.
• Clear written reasoning with specific examples of personal contribution.
