Senior Business Developer

About the role

Synapsebiz is seeking a Senior Business Developer to drive growth in Islamabad. This full‑time, hybrid position will focus on identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the client base for its secure digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to uncover business opportunities.
• Lead generation campaigns, outbound prospecting, nurturing leads and converting them into customers.
• Engage prospective clients, present solutions, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Maintain and grow long‑term relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide product feedback and support revenue forecasting and pipeline management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within technology, software or digital platforms, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and support strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client presentations and stakeholder alignment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
