Senior Business Developer

About the role

The Senior Business Developer will lead growth initiatives for SDSXPORTS FZC in international used‑car markets. Based on‑site in Karachi, the role focuses on identifying new opportunities, generating leads and building strategic relationships with dealers, fleet buyers and importers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to evaluate demand, pricing trends and competition.
• Develop data‑driven sales and expansion plans for target regions.
• Manage the full sales pipeline, from lead generation to proposal preparation and contract negotiation.
• Coordinate closely with operations, logistics and customs teams to ensure seamless export processes.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimise business‑development processes and contribute to long‑term commercial strategy.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and market‑research abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills for building trust with global clients.
• Proven experience in lead generation and business development, preferably in automotive, export or international trade.
• Solid negotiation, sales and relationship‑management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Experience with international clients, export documentation and logistics coordination.
• Ability to work on‑site in Karachi, manage multiple priorities and use CRM and productivity tools effectively.
• Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to target markets are advantageous.
