Senior Business Development – AI Solutions

About the role

Techloset Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Developer to drive outbound growth of its AI‑driven solutions. You will identify high‑potential prospects, craft targeted outreach, and manage the full sales cycle to close deals with businesses needing custom AI development.

Key responsibilities

• Research and qualify high‑potential prospects that can benefit from AI solutions.
• Design and execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email.
• Build and nurture relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
• Own the complete sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
• Continuously refine messaging based on performance data.
• Report on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales, business development, or outbound growth experience.
• Proven success with LinkedIn and email outreach, backed by measurable results.
• Excellent written communication and persuasion skills in English.
• Experience in AI, SaaS, or technology sectors.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable managing the full sales cycle.
