About the role

Success Chaser Star is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in Lahore. The role involves managing a team of 20 professionals and driving revenue through strategic sales activities.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20 sales and business development professionals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to increase retention.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure profitability.
Prepare persuasive sales proposals tailored to client needs.
Monitor sales performance metrics and conduct forecasting.
Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to track sales activities.

Required profile

Minimum two years of business development experience.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team of around 20 members.
