Senior Civil Engineer – High Rise Building Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead the civil works on a high‑rise building project in Multan. The role involves overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and delivering the project on schedule and within quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise all civil construction activities on the high‑rise site.
• Manage site operations, monitor progress, and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Resolve technical challenges promptly to keep the project on track.
• Prepare and review construction documentation, reports, and as‑built records.

Required profile

• 15–20 years of professional civil engineering experience.
• Proven experience in high‑rise building construction projects.
• Strong background in construction planning, execution, and site management.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise construction crews and ensure quality compliance.
• Effective coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
