Senior Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Community Manager to lead the operations, member experience, and growth of our coworking space. This senior managerial position requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for building vibrant communities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the face of the coworking space, creating a welcoming environment for members and visitors.
• Build and maintain relationships with members, partners, and stakeholders, handling concerns and retention initiatives.
• Plan, organize, and execute networking events, workshops, and community activities.
• Oversee day‑to‑day facility operations, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Conduct tours, present membership options, convert leads, and support occupancy and revenue targets.
• Manage bookings for meeting rooms and event spaces, ensure accurate invoicing and system records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and maintain member and lead databases.
• Lead by example, coordinate with internal teams, and identify opportunities to improve member experience and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of experience in community management, hospitality, customer success, operations, or workspace management.
• Previous experience managing a coworking space, business centre, serviced office, or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Highly organized, able to multitask, and customer‑centric with strong problem‑solving mindset.
