About the role
We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the execution of a high‑rise construction project in Rawalpindi. The role involves overseeing all phases of site work and ensuring successful overall project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead site execution for a high‑rise building, coordinating all on‑site activities.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Control costs, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and internal site teams.
- Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders.
Required profile
- BSc in Civil Engineering.
- Valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) license.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant construction experience.
- Proven track record on high‑rise or large‑scale projects.
- Strong ability to plan, execute, coordinate, and control project costs.
