Senior Content Writer (Night Shift)

About the role

Medcare MSO, a large USA-based healthcare IT company operating in Pakistan, is hiring a Senior Content Writer based in Gulberg, Lahore. The role builds authoritative, expert-led content on medical billing, RCM and healthcare compliance that ranks well against AI summaries and drives lead generation. It works closely with the marketing and digital teams, and follows a night shift of 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit long-form blog posts, guides and landing page copy on medical billing, denial management, healthcare regulations (such as CMS updates and the No Surprises Act) and RCM technology.
• Incorporate industry insights, proprietary data frameworks and expert signals into each piece to meet modern search standards.
• Collaborate with SEO leads to target high-intent keywords, and format content with clean Markdown/HTML while optimizing meta tags, titles and headers.
• Work with the content manager, designers and subject matter experts to turn operational insights into usable content.
• Audit and refresh legacy blog posts and institutional guides (for example UB-04 and claim workflows) to keep them relevant.
• Ensure all copy is accurate, professional, free of generic AI fluff and consistent with the company's brand voice.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of professional content writing experience, preferably in healthcare, B2B SaaS, finance or medical billing/RCM.
• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, marketing, mass communication or a life sciences/healthcare-related field.
• Ability to turn complex medical or financial topics into clear B2B content.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, search intent and content structuring.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, and WordPress.
• Excellent proofreading and editing skills with attention to readability and hierarchy.
