About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to act as the compliance architect for Tazamun’s platforms, ensuring that all data processing activities meet both global and local privacy requirements. The role bridges legal mandates with technical implementation to protect personal information across the organization.

Key responsibilities

Establish and maintain data governance protocols for processing, storage, and retention.
Design and implement data protection policies that comply with GDPR and other international standards.
Ensure adherence to Pakistan’s data protection law (PECA) and conduct regular regulatory reviews.
Lead Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and internal audits to verify compliance.

Required profile

Relevant certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, or CISA are strong advantages.
Minimum 10 years of experience in data privacy, legal compliance, or information security.
Deep expertise in GDPR; knowledge of regional data protection laws (e.g., PECA) is highly preferred.
