Senior eBay Account Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior eBay Account Manager to lead and grow our eBay store operations remotely. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of product listings, pricing, promotions, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction, using data‑driven strategies to boost sales and improve rankings.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain overall eBay account health, ensuring compliance with policies and resolving disputes.
• Create, edit, and optimize listings with SEO‑focused titles, descriptions, and item specifics.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, markdowns, and eBay deals to increase traffic and conversions.
• Manage inventory levels, order processing, and coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Analyze sales trends, competitor performance, and category insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Track and report key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an eBay Account Manager or similar e‑commerce role (preferably 2‑5 years).
• Strong understanding of eBay platform tools, SEO, promotions, and policy compliance.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
