Senior Educational Consultant

About the role

The Senior Educational Consultant will work on‑site in Lahore District, providing expert guidance to students and families on international education pathways. You will help them select programs, navigate university admissions, secure scholarships, and meet visa requirements while upholding GSM’s standards of clarity and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Advise students and families on study options, university selection, scholarships, and application timelines.
• Conduct one‑on‑one counseling sessions and lead informational seminars.
• Review and refine application documents to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to process student files accurately and on time.
• Stay current on global education systems, admission criteria, and visa regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster knowledge sharing.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and partner organizations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in educational consulting, university admissions, or student advisory services, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong consulting and advisory abilities, with a talent for assessing individual profiles and recommending tailored pathways.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for counseling, presentations, and documentation.
• Customer‑service orientation, demonstrating empathy, responsiveness, and professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple cases and deadlines.
• Commitment to ethical practice, attention to detail, and continuous professional development.
