About the role
The Senior Executive Legal will support our organization by managing contractual and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance across all business units. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with internal teams and develop a solid foundation in corporate law.
Key responsibilities
- Review, draft, and manage contracts and other legal documents.
- Maintain and oversee client legal records and documentation.
- Provide legal support on corporate, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Coordinate with internal teams on legal issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Handle additional legal and compliance‑related responsibilities as required.
Required profile
- Graduate of LUMS with 1–2 years of post‑graduation experience.
- Strong understanding of corporate and commercial legal matters.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
