Senior Executive QAC – Telecom

About the role

The Senior Executive QAC will oversee end‑to‑end non‑telco and telco activities across assigned grid(s). The role ensures network availability, manages OPEX within budget, leads field teams on power and maintenance issues, and drives performance against key KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor grid performance and enforce compliance with network KPIs, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance of access networks and generator sets.
• Manage OPEX budget, optimizing electricity and diesel‑generator fuel consumption.
• Lead and develop cluster owners, riggers, and fueling teams; allocate targets and evaluate performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Drive resolution of AC/DC and DG power issues by coordinating with FLM teams, OMOs and B2S partners.
• Utilize RMS, EASS, NETECO and other operational tools to identify gaps and close issues affecting network operations.
• Oversee MS management activities, ensuring timely closure of operational matters and improvement of overall KPIs.
• Analyze data and implement special tasks to meet regional KPI targets with limited resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of experience in Field Operations (FOPs) within the telecom sector.
• Strong ownership, follow‑up, team‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Technical competence in network operations and power‑system management.
