The Senior Expense Management Analyst at Nysonian Inc. drives cost optimization and enforces disciplined expense controls across the organization. The role focuses on real‑time oversight, policy compliance, and identifying efficiency opportunities that directly impact profitability while partnering with business units, procurement, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with corporate expense policies, escalating exceptions and deviations for leadership review.
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret operating expenses to identify key cost drivers, trends, and inefficiencies.
• Conduct detailed expense audits and deep‑dive analyses to uncover actionable cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Partner with business units to challenge spending behaviors and implement targeted cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Produce and deliver executive‑level, data‑driven expense reports that provide actionable insights for leadership decision‑making.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations to enhance transparency, accountability, and governance over spending.
• Drive continuous improvement of expense‑management processes, reporting tools, and operational controls to maximize efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or professional certification preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in expense management, cost analysis, FP&A, or related functions.
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Skilled at challenging assumptions diplomatically and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and financial analysis/reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills with experience delivering leadership‑ready reports.
• Detail‑oriented, results‑driven, and able to balance strategic thinking with disciplined execution under tight timelines.
