Senior Finance Manager

About the role

The Senior Finance Manager will lead the finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, robust internal controls, and strategic financial planning. You will partner with senior leadership to drive cost optimisation, support growth initiatives, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with IFRS.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring proper documentation and audit trails.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and address audit observations promptly.
• Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and develop financial models to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, file returns and liaise with tax consultants.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships and optimise liquidity.
• Build and mentor a high‑performance finance team, set KPIs and monitor performance.

Required profile

• CA qualified with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience, or FCCA/CMA with at least 8 years.
• Proven leadership experience in finance or accounting within a reputable organisation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
