Senior Finance Manager

About the role

The Senior Finance Manager will lead the financial planning, reporting and tax compliance for all business units, ensuring accurate and timely information for strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling across all units.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and P&L summaries.
• Consolidate and report financial results across different business verticals.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Oversee local tax matters, filings and compliance, coordinating with consultants and auditors.
• Manage payroll, vendor payments and operational expenditures.
• Establish and document SOPs for finance processes.
• Partner with department leads to manage project budgets, cost centers and profitability.
• Support new initiatives with financial feasibility studies and investment modeling.

Required profile

• CA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional certification.
• Minimum 10 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in digital marketing, creative agencies or tech‑enabled service firms.
• Strong knowledge of taxation laws, regulatory compliance and audit processes.
• Proven leadership with excellent analytical and communication skills.
