Senior Fit-Out Project Manager (Karachi)

About the role

JLL is seeking a Senior Fit-Out Project Manager to lead the delivery of retail banking and commercial office fit‑out projects for a multinational banking client in Pakistan. Based in Karachi, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring that each development meets client expectations, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including programme planning, budgeting, quality control, scope definition, procurement, and risk management.
• Lead the planning, design, construction, occupancy, and close‑out phases for complex fit‑out projects across the Pakistan portfolio.
• Develop client briefs and Project Execution Plans tailored to each project's specific needs.
• Coordinate internal and external design teams to produce solutions that align with client expectations and financial limits.
• Navigate local government and regulatory approval processes, working closely with consultants and contractors.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership for senior‑level project tasks and act as a delivery anchor for regional programmes when required.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing multi‑disciplinary real‑estate or construction projects, preferably in fit‑out environments.
• Strong understanding of commercial office and retail banking fit‑out requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Experience working with local authorities and securing regulatory approvals.
• Willingness to travel within Pakistan and support regional initiatives as needed.
