Senior Flutter Developer – FinTech (Onsite, Karachi)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to join our FinTech team in Karachi. You will design and build high‑performance mobile applications that power digital banking, payment gateways, and other financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Flutter applications for financial products.
• Build reusable, high‑performance UI components following best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA throughout the development lifecycle.
• Integrate secure APIs and payment services while ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and reliability on Android and iOS.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production defects.
• Participate in architecture discussions and mentor junior developers.
• Write unit, widget, and integration tests to guarantee quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of mobile application development experience, with at least 3 years focused on Flutter.
• Proven experience delivering production‑grade Android and iOS apps.
• Experience in FinTech, digital banking, payment gateways or similar domains is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
