Senior Flutter Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to join our Technology & Product team in Lahore and Karachi. You will play a key part in building a secure, high‑performance mobile banking application for Android and iOS, working closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA within agile squads.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production‑grade mobile apps using Flutter & Dart.
• Implement scalable architecture with BLoC, Riverpod, or similar state‑management patterns.
• Integrate REST APIs and Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config).
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot onboarding drop‑offs and API bottlenecks.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum squads to deliver features iteratively.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce clean‑architecture standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Manage app releases on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and Shariah‑compliant requirements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on Flutter & Dart experience.
• 2–7 years of professional mobile development experience with at least two live apps on the Play Store/App Store.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in fintech, banking or other regulated environments is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to work in Agile product‑team structures.
