Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Spocket is scaling its eCommerce platform and seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive product development and technical strategy. You will work closely with leadership, design, and growth teams to translate business goals into robust, customer‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to convert business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Own and execute the product and engineering roadmap from planning through delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Act as the primary liaison between the CEO/Founder, Product Designer, and Engineering team.
• Oversee project timelines, sprint planning, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
• Develop and maintain key features of the existing platform while scaling the current stack.
• Identify innovative ways to improve customer experience and platform usability.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Proven ability to iterate quickly, ship code regularly, and maintain high standards.
• Self‑motivated with a customer‑first mindset and comfort working in a fast‑changing environment.
