Senior Game Designer – Mobile Games

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Game Designer to create engaging and commercially successful mobile game experiences. You will collaborate with artists, developers, product, and user acquisition teams to shape gameplay that drives retention and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop gameplay mechanics, features, systems, and progression loops for mobile titles.
• Create and maintain detailed Game Design Documents (GDDs) and feature specifications.
• Analyze gameplay data, player feedback, and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prototype, test, and iterate new gameplay ideas and features.
• Conduct competitor and market research to spot trends in mobile gaming.
• Balance difficulty, rewards, and in‑game economies to boost player engagement.
• Support live games by continuously optimizing features based on performance data.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of professional game design experience, preferably in mobile gaming.
• Strong understanding of mobile mechanics, progression, monetization, and player psychology.
• Proven ability to take game features from concept to launch.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, using data to inform design decisions.
• Effective communication and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Unity or similar game engine.
• Analytics tools such as GameAnalytics or Unity Analytics.
• Project management and collaboration tools like Jira, Miro, or Figma.
